How do I care for and maintain the product?

What does “Made-to-Order” mean?

Made-to-order art is created specifically for you after your order is placed. Each piece is handcrafted by our artists, making it unique and personalized.

How long does it take to complete a made-to-order artwork?

Production time typically ranges from 14to 21 days, depending on the complexity, size, and art form. Exact timelines will be shared after discussion with the artist/artisan once we get your requirements

Will the final artwork look exactly like the image shown?

Each artwork is handcrafted, so minor variations are natural and a sign of authenticity.While the overall composition will be similar, no two pieces are ever identical.

Can I commission a fully custom artwork from scratch?

Absolutely! We welcome commissioned projects. Share your concept, dimensions, and preferences, and our team will guide you through the process.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment options including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets,  Cash on Delivery (COD) and Partial COD  where applicable.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us as soon as possible for assistance

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also track it through your account if you registered while placing the order

My payment went through, but I didn’t get a confirmation. What now?

Please check your spam/junk folder. If there’s still no confirmation email after 15 minutes, reach out to us with your transaction details and we’ll verify your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping charges and delivery times vary and will Intimated by our Customer Support 

What are your shipping charges?

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders within India. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal fee may apply and will be shown at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Ready-to-ship items: Dispatched within 2–4 business days.
  • Made-to-order items: Typically dispatched in 10–21 days depending on the product.
  • Delivery timelines vary by location, but most orders within India arrive in 5–8 business days.

Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

 If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we can update the address. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

What if my package arrives damaged?

If your package or product is damaged in transit, please share photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll guide you through the replacement or refund process.

Will all items in my order ship together?

If you’ve ordered multiple items, especially a mix of ready-to-ship and made-to-order products, they may be shipped separately. You’ll receive tracking updates for each package

Return & Refund

What products are not eligible for return?

  • Made-to-order or customized products
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Products returned without original packaging or tags

How will I receive my refund?

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

How are refunds processed for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders?

For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI. We will request your account or UPI details via email after return approval.

Typically, it takes 5–7 business days for returned items to reach us, and another 7–10 business days to process your refund or dispatch the exchanged product.
