At Culturati, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, however, you receive a damaged product, please follow the guidelines outlined below for a smooth and hassle-free resolution.

Reporting Damaged Products:
If you receive a product that is damaged, the damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate the resolution process, please send an email to hello@culturati.in. In your email, include a clear photograph of the damaged product and an unboxing video at the time of delivery, which is a mandatory requirement for processing your claim.

Eligibility Criteria for Exchange:
To be eligible for an exchange of your damaged product, it must meet the following criteria:
• The damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, as stated above.
• Include a clear photograph of the damaged product and an unboxing video, which is a mandatory requirement for processing your claim.
• We will coordinate a reverse pick-up from the address specified in the invoice.
• A replacement product will be dispatched to you within our standard shipping timelines.

International Orders:

All international orders are final sale. For genuine damage or manufacturing defects reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and an unboxing video, we offer store credit to the value of the damaged item — no return shipment required. In exceptional cases where store credit is not suitable, a partial refund may be considered at our sole discretion, based on the nature of the damage and the circumstances of the case. Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Request Return

Most of our products are handmade by skilled artisans, so to ensure fairness and maintain our reasonable pricing, we only accept returns for items that are damaged or defective.

To request a return, email us at hello@culturati.in or Whatsapp +91 9035790430 with your order number, a clear photograph of the damaged product, and an unboxing video.

Please note that made-to-order and customised items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of damage or manufacturing defects.

Exchange Process:
If your purchase meets the eligibility criteria stated above, we will initiate the exchange process as follows:
• In cases where a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery at an additional shipping charge.
• We will arrange a reverse pick-up from the address specified in the invoice.
• A replacement product will be dispatched to you within standard shipping timelines.
• For handmade arts and crafts, as they do not repeat exact designs and colors, we will offer replacement options, and you will be requested to choose accordingly. In rare instances where a similar product is not available for exchange, we will issue and email a credit note to the registered email address or the email address used during the purchase.

Refund Policy:
No refunds will be entertained in the following scenarios:
• If the customer has provided the wrong or incomplete shipping address.
• If delivery doesn't occur as per the policy of our delivery partner/shipping agency, or if the package is refused by the recipient.
• Any credit notes issued will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue and can be redeemed online.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
