Shipping Methods:
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders within India. For international shipping, please see the International Shipping section below.

Estimated Delivery Time:
• Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping method typically takes 3 to 7 business days for delivery, depending on your location within India.
• Made-to-Order Items: Some of our products are made to order, and the estimated delivery time for such items will be clearly mentioned on the product page. Please note that made-to-order items may have longer processing times due to their unique production requirements.

Order Tracking:
•Tracking details will be shared via email once your order is dispatched. You can use the tracking number provided to monitor your shipment on the courier partner's website.

Address Information:
• Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to prevent any delays in delivery. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Order Modifications and Cancellations:

As our products are handcrafted and orders are processed promptly, cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order.

Estimated international delivery time:
7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance.

For international orders, shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and the products ordered.

Once your order is placed, our team will review the order and calculate the exact shipping cost based on the destination, package weight, and courier service.

We will then contact you via email or WhatsApp with the shipping charges. The order will be processed and shipped only after the shipping cost is confirmed and paid by the customer.

If the customer does not approve the shipping charges, the order can be cancelled and a refund will be issued for the product amount.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping charges.
