Because every piece is handmade — not factory-produced — we recommend planning your gifting order well in advance of the occasion. For ready-stock items, fulfilment is relatively quick. For larger quantities or specific selections, the artisans need time to make each piece with care. Festive seasons like Diwali and Onam see high demand; reaching out 6–8 weeks ahead gives you the best choice and timeline. Share your date and we'll tell you what's feasible.
Will every piece look exactly the same?
Not quite — and that's the point. Because these gifts are handcrafted, each piece carries its own subtle character: a slight variation in grain, colour, or finish. Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. We coordinate multi-address dispatch across India for distributed teams. Share an Excel of addresses and we handle the rest.
Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes. All corporate orders come with GST-compliant invoicing. We can also raise PO-based invoices if your procurement team requires.
